If you are interested in moving forward with JB Photography we can chat over the phone, via email, or in person at my office in Germantown. It's totally up to you if you want to meet in person, some brides-to-be feel more comfortable meeting in person, others are OK with waiting until the session to see my smiling face. However we chat, we'll hash out the details of the when and where. I have plenty of recommendations of shoot location for this area, but I want you to weigh in as well!

We both show up on time at the agreed upon location. Don't forget your outfit changes! Depending on where we are shooting, we may take the outfit changes with us, or we may be able to leave them in the car. Sometimes we have to get a little creative as to where you can change! We'll walk around and take a whole bunch of photos. We will do a combination of tradition look at the camera and smile photos and what I call forced photo journalism shots. This will give you a good mixture of traditional and candid photos.

After the session, I will put up a social media sneak peek. I'll then go through and edit the best shots. You typically get around 100 photos back. The editing process includes, color correction, lighting correction, cropping, and some special effects like vignettes. Within 4 weeks, all of your favorites will be edited and upload to a client gallery. From the gallery you can download your photos. Your client gallery will stay live for 6 months after I send the final images, so make sure to download and save the photos somewhere safe within that time period.
